Bacamole

Bacon, homemade guacamole & melted Monterey Jack cheese topped with sour cream & scallions

Western

Sliced ham, Jack & Cheddar cheese, sauteed onions and green peppers

Southwest Veggie

Sauteed red onions, squash, zucchini, green & red peppers, mushrooms, Jack & Cheddar cheese. Served with a side of roasted red pepper sauce

Portabella Asparagus

Fresh portabella mushrooms, asparagus spears and Monterey Jack cheese. Topped with Hollandaise sauce

El Paso

Chorizo, mashed potatoes and Jack & Cheddar cheese. Topped with red chili sauce, sourcream, our own housemade salsa and Jack & Cheddar cheese. Served with a side of blue corn chips
